Any stainless steel mouthpiece (or any part of a mouthpiece) may be kept for a trial period up to 14 days after you receive it. If at the end of the 14 days, you wish to return the item(s), you can send it back for a refund less a restocking fee. The restocking fee will vary from 10% (if in as-new condition) to 20% (with minor wear) of the price of the item(s).
For an extended trial period, the mouthpiece may be kept up to 30 days after you receive it. If at the end of the 30 days, you wish to return the item(s), you can send it back for a refund less a restocking fee. The restocking fee is equal to 40% of the price of the item(s). After 30 days, no refunds will be granted.
Shipping on the original purchase is non-refundable, and returns are shipped at the customers’ expense.
In order to return an item, it must not be damaged in any way. It needs to be postmarked by the last day of the trial period, and we must have notification of your intent to return the item(s).
Sale, Custom, and Brass items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Horn Screw Shanks:
Studio Kits must be returned COMPLETE, with no shanks omitted. Standard restocking fees, and trial policy terms apply.
